This notice covers the public marketing site and the TrackForm product. It is a product policy summary, not legal advice.
What we collect on this website
When you start setup or submit a workspace request, we collect the details you provide: name, work email, organisation, role, and notes about operational needs. We use that information to provision a workspace and follow up on rollout.
What the product processes
Inside a customer workspace, TrackForm stores operational records such as user accounts, map annotations, hazards, tasks, briefs, inspections, attachments, and activity history needed for auditability and reporting.
Cookies and local storage
The marketing site uses minimal technical storage required to run the pages. The product uses session cookies / local storage for authentication, preferences, and offline sync queues.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Setup-form submissions may be processed by our form provider to deliver the request. Product hosting and storage providers process data only to run the service.
Retention and rights
Setup requests are kept as long as needed to complete provisioning and related support. Workspace data is retained according to the customer’s operational needs and account lifecycle. To access, correct, or delete personal data, email alex@trackform.co.uk.
Security reports
Report vulnerabilities privately via GitHub security reporting where enabled, or email alex@trackform.co.uk. Do not open public issues with exploit detail.
